lines commercial property and casualty insurance coverage. Nautilus Insurance
Group consists of two companies that provide protection to our policyholders.
Nautilus Insurance Company
We opened our doors for business as Nautilus Insurance Company in 1985.
Nautilus Insurance Company operates as an eligible surplus lines insurer in all
states except Arizona, where the company serves
policyholders as a licensed, admitted insurance carrier.
Great Divide Insurance Company
Nautilus Insurance Company purchased Great Divide Insurance Company in 1991,
and later became known as Nautilus Insurance Group. Great Divide is licensed as
an admitted insurer in 49 states and the District of Columbia. In Arizona,
Great Divide operates as an eligible surplus lines
insurer.
