Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering incoming calls and directing as appropriate.
-Receiving and delivering messages.
-Responding to questions about the Company (i.e. address, directions, etc.)
-Welcoming visitors and announcing them.
-Retrieving voice mail messages and forwarding them to respective personnel.
-Updating Welcome Board daily.
-Creating specialized greetings in PBX system as necessary (i.e. early close, etc.)
-Updating visitor information and creating special event notices on Intranet.
-Participating in key roles during Fire Drill training practice.
-Maintaining emergency materials, including updated occupant listing.
Qualifications required include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency of computers and Windows programs (Word, Excel).
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Familiarity with Lotus Notes (beneficial).
